Streamlines document approval. Upload documents, assign them to people or groups, set priorities and ensure critical content is reviewed before signing. High-priority items can require mandatory reading time before the sign button is activated. Smart filters, clear reports and automated notifications provide full transparency.
DOCSIGN
Let users approve documents with a system (or qualified digital signature at course level. Approved documents are marked with a digital stamp (user, date, time). It can also confirm plain text and apply a watermark to signed documents.
COURSE LIBRARY
Displays course categories directly on the user’s dashboard. Shows visually attractive category images so learners can navigate more easily than in a single long course list.
VEXTUR CART
Enables selling and purchasing courses directly in Moodle. Add courses for sale with a price, image and description. Supports payments by BankLink or credit card (requires bank integration).
BOOKING SESSIONS ACTIVITY
Allows managers to register users for sessions and record attendance at training courses (lectures, lessons). Works within specific courses and is compatible with both Moodle LMS and Moodle Workplace.
ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
