Get documents signed inside Moodle
No printing, no email chains, no separate e-signature tool. Upload any document your users need to sign to keep learning and manage the whole process on the platform.
Assign signers
Choose signers by department, specific activities, or jobs. The right documents reach the right people on time, every time
Set priorities
Prioritize documents based on urgency, so signers know what needs their attention first, and important documents don’t get buried.
Control timing
Set when a document becomes available and when it’s due. Keep signing on schedule without chasing people across the office or Slack.
Automate reminders
Set automatic reminders for anyone who hasn’t signed, choose the frequency, and customize what they say. Keep follow-ups going until the document is signed.
Publish and unpublish when you need it
Document ready to be signed? Hit publish, and it’ll reach your learners right away. Unpublish a document to update its details and publish it again when it’s ready.
Track signing progress
Two people still haven’t signed the contract you sent? See every document and exactly how far along it is, with a completion percentage for each.

FAQs
You can assign signers by department or by position using your organizational structure, or hand-pick specific users. You can combine these options on a single document, so it reaches only the people who need to sign it.
Each document can have a start date, an expiration deadline, and automatic reminders. You decide how often reminders are sent and what they say, so learners who haven’t signed keep getting nudged until they do.
A published document can’t be edited. To make changes, unpublish it first, update the document, dates, or reminders, then publish it again. You can publish and unpublish at any time.
