Upload files or connect to your HR system
Upload your organizational structure with a CSV file. Once uploaded, the plugin will use this information to recreate your chain of command. You can also integrate the plugin with your HR system and automatically sync the information between the two platforms.

Edit and customize
Once uploaded, you can set up positions and sub-positions inside departments, so a team lead, for instance, can have junior and mid-level roles beneath them. Then assign people to jobs with start and end dates. Finally, set up who can enroll employees, view reports, and track team progress.

Let it run automatically
Once your structure and enrollments are set, the learning runs itself. As people are hired, leave, or change positions, they’re enrolled in and removed from the right courses automatically. You can automate enrollment for different positions, seniority levels, departments, and more. For example, all new hires get enrolled in the same job safety course in their first week on the job.
