Features and benefits
Automate enrollment
Link courses together so completing one automatically assigns the next when it’s time. Map out a multi-year training path once, and let the plugin do its thing.
Never forget the next course
If you need to keep annual safety or compliance courses going, just enable the plugin. Finish one course, and the next refresher is assigned automatically when it’s due.
Set dynamic timing
The countdown to the next course starts from when a learner finishes, so everyone gets the same amount of time after their own completion date.
Keep the learning order
Learners only see the course that’s currently available to them and can’t access material for future courses, keeping the learning path fair and structured.
1
Enable the plugin
Open the course you want to act as Course B, or the second in the sequence. In the enrollment methods, select Recurring Enrollment. No need to make any changes in Course A, as all setup is done through Course B.
2
Configure recurring enrollment
Set the roles the plugin functionality applies to, and define the time frame that should pass after completion before the next course is assigned. Enable the plugin for this course.
3
Choose the next course in the chain
Select the course your learners should be enrolled in once that time frame elapses, for example, the following year’s safety refresher. You can add more courses to the sequence.
4
Let it run automatically
When a learner completes the starting course, the plugin counts the set time from their completion date and then enrolls them in the next course automatically, keeping the cycle going without any manual work.

FAQs
The Recurring Enrollment plugin links courses into a timed sequence. When a learner finishes one course, the plugin automatically enrolls them in the next one after a time frame you set.
The timing is based on each learner’s actual completion date, not a fixed calendar date. So if someone finishes a week late, their next course is scheduled one interval after they finished.
