Your Rights Under the GDPR

Under Articles 15–22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and subject to the conditions and limitations set out in applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access (Article 15) – to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy of that data.

  • Right to rectification (Article 16) – to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.

  • Right to erasure (Article 17) – to request deletion of your personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met.

  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18) – to request that processing of your personal data is restricted in certain circumstances.

International Transfers of Personal Data
